We are licensed and insured to install radon mitigation systems in your home. There are two basic types of mitigation systems. Interiors and exterior systems. All systems include a floor penetration, 30' of DWV piping, up to 6 fittings, radon fan, manometer and varmint screen.

- When preforming a test home must be under closed conditions, this means that all windows and exterior doors will need to be closed for the duration of the 48 hour test (you can come and go but doors must remain close) 

- Swamp coolers will need to be shut off and remain off during the test. Furnaces can be ran as normal. 

- Test devices cannot be tampered with or moved during test.
